Senior Sales Executive - Sales of lumber, veneers, plywood to wood consuming industries (door, furniture, cabinet, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for establishing and handling a growing number of customers within the wood consuming industries, as well as merchants and distributors. This is a fast growing market, and in the light of the recent logging ban, our company is well placed so serve client’s requirements for imported logs, lumber, plywood, veneers, as well as locally sourced plantation wood.
- You will be working from our Makati office and report direct to the general manager. You must expect some travelling to customers in Metro Manila, Pampanga, and possibly also Cebu. Car pool arrangement, and travel costs covered.
- FILTRA Group represents major international suppliers of almost all known wood species. Most of our wood comes from FSC certified forests around the world, and our aim is to assist the wood consuming industry in the Philippines to find suitable replacements for locally sourced natural wood. You will be joining a fast growing organization with a high ambition level for continued growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / College degree preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or related field
- With minimum of 3-5 years experience dealing with the industry, and preferably with some knowledge of lumber and veneers, as well as wood working, in order to understand our client’s requirements.
Timber Trading Officer - Sales/Sales Support
Responsibilities:
- You will assist the trading and product managers in order to meet our sales targets for our wood working division, as well as outsourced production.
- The markets will mainly be wood consuming industries internationally, as well as component and customized production for local clients.
- Make quotations and follow-up sales leads
- Establish and expand our sourcing capability
- Create and expand business opportunities and sales leads
- Reporting and order management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in international trading and sourcing of wood based products or related business
- Has knowledge and passion for wood, and a good understand of our client’s needs.
- Proficient in oral and written communication, computer literate – Excellent skills in Excel
- Can perform with minimum supervision, with sound decision making skills
- Dependable, Sales driven, aggressive, resourceful, articulate and results-oriented
- Purchasing experience with furniture producers in Philippines an advantage, possibly experience as buyers representatives.
Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Submits Reports pertaining to sales activities or whatever sales directives are given.
- Regular client list updates
- Quotation management
- Networking activities

- Suggests current and local trends as part of their direct interaction of the market
- Services client concerns and requests

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Technical Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Makes quotations and follow-up sales leads
- Create business opportunities and sales leads from established contacts, database and networking
- Will also visit project site, and do the measurement for the area to be quoted.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably with background in coordination with Contractors, Engineers and Architects.
- Proficient in oral and written communication; computer literate
- Can perform with minimum supervision; with sound decision making skills
- Can start immediately.
Cost Accountant
Inventory:
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
- Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
- Prepare landed cost of raw materials purchased
- Negotiates the best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements needed to keep production supplies maintained
Analysis:
- Analyze capital budgeting requests (purchase of machinery)
- Perform post calculation on special project, compare to pre calculation and analyses variances
- Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs
Report:
- Weekly cash flow report
- Weekly sales/production report
- Preparation of monthly accounts – Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and supporting schedules.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years in manufacturing industry, or 5+ years experience in accounting/finance.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Excellent analysis skills,
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel programs.
- Good English oral and writing skills
LANGHOFF
Senior Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop established qualified contacts into Key Accounts
- Generate new qualified Key Account leads through cold canvas and networking
- Create and present solutions that match very diverse client needs
- Make quotations and close deals
- Coordinate directly with graphic department, procurement, logistics and accounting on product design, sourcing, delivery and payment.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales, business development or related fields is required for this position.
- Preferably with background in sales of corporate gifts and giveaways or any of the following industries: Food & Beverages, BPO, Pharmaceutical or Banking.
- Sales driven, aggressive, resourceful, articulate and results-oriented.
- Highly data disciplined and used to using administrative systems in your daily work

Procurement Officer
A. JOB SUMMARY:
Procurement of promotional products for the purpose of trading in the Philippines and other SEA countries. This entails proper selection, negotiation and regular coordination with local and international suppliers.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in communicating with foreign partner suppliers regarding pricing, production lead-time and other conditions on imported trade items
- Assist in calculating and providing pricing guide to Sales
- Assist in sourcing of local trade items on stock
- Prepare the necessary documentation such as Pro-forma Invoice to clients and Purchase Orders to partner suppliers and Product Requisition to internal requestors and ensure that all details are in compliance or aligned with Purchase Orders
- Monitor pending orders of the company and provide status reports to Sales on ongoing orders
- Assist in coordinating delivery schedules with Warehouse based on committed delivery date by Sales to clients
- Update Sales on new promotional products in the market, new market requirements and restrictions and alternative suppliers.
- Support the Procurement Supervisor in developing more sufficient and effective systems and procedures for the Procurement and Logistics Department of Langhoff Promotion Philippines, Inc.
- Update the supplier database including accreditation of suppliers, evaluation of suppliers performance and create a good cooperation between Langhoff and the suppliers
- Monitor deliveries of samples from suppliersand assists in maintaining sample inventory
- Summarize Sales Order list on a weekly basis
D. WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years experience in the field of procurement andlogistics; knowledge and experience in trade and importation laws is an advantage.

Business Development Officer / Sales Officer
